[Kolj - Trance On]

Great

Veeeery nicely put together.

Is it really trance though? I'm no expert on genres trust me.. but this seems far more techno/rave/happy hardcore. Not that that's a bad thing, love 'em all and love this track.

Good break in the middle m8.

Very veeeery relaxing. But not boring in the slightest! Kept me listening 'til the end.

The rebel in me wanted a part of it to kick in some bass and go a little nuts, but in the end I accepted it for what it is - a very nicely put together chillout track.

Only one minus point and that's the instrument at 1:50 needs softening to fit the softness of the rest of the track. Of course it might be my speakers! And it's just my opinion so don't lose heart, 9/10 and 5/5. :)

Ahhh..

..the good old days. Classic trance.

I like it, good use of volume on the synths i.e. I like how it gets louder at the start of the song, leading into the main part.

Good solid drum beat, though a bit more variety in some places would have improved the tune further (imo). Only other negative is the ending fadeout.. too sudden.

Especially loved the bit just before (and after) 2 mins.

At around the 40s mark it just lost it for me, seemed to sound a little out of tune?

Too distorted methinks. HOWEVER, would fit well into a game where you are fleeing / have a time limit to escape or something, i.e. it'd be good at making the player panic. Perfect in fact.

Aha, another artist who likes their spiffy intros. You'll have to see what you think of mine (unless you hate techno/trance of course!).

I loved this song, great buildup and fab beat once it gets going. Not usually a dnb fan but this has enough variety to get a thumbs up. As good as, nay better than, most of the stuff I've heard on compilations.

Enjoyable, catchy

Don't dismiss it as nothing special, it made me smile - brought back many memories of my gaming childhood. Could see it used in a flash game, easy. I'd pick it for sure.

For some reason, reminded me a little of certain music in the Sims2! That's not meant as an insult.

Very mellow, very relaxing, and just.. well.. "lovely". Be nice to listen to on a lazy Summers day, or in bed wanting to get to sleep after a hard days work.

Seamless transitions throughout, very enjoyable.

Not quite a 10, because it's not different enough from all the other trance out there. Not that trace is a bad thing, hey, I love trance. BUt sometimes it's samey - ya know?

Still, gotta say it's better than a lotta the stuff I've heard on those trance compilations you can buy in stores, so kudos.

.. reminds me of my style, nice trance track tbh. Good break at 1:20ish and enjoy the main beat.

Reminds me a bit of retro gaming, Japanese RPG's or something. That's a good thing, I loved those things.
